About Me:
I’m a public speaker, writer, reiki practitioner, intuitive, SRT (spiritual response therapist), tarot reader and patient advocate.
I believe we hold each other’s pieces to the puzzle of life. However, it’s up to us to regard or disregard these pieces.
As a public speaker & energetic conduit; I enjoy witnessing the shift when my puzzle pieces assists a person upon their highest path.
My journey started some time ago in a land called…. Denial. Where I pushed aside my connection with the spirit world and attempted to live a “normal” existence. Eventually I learned, that which we push aside, only knocks louder.
The path of chronic illness has led me through the wilderness of my soul and back to my true nature.
I now view illness as my greatest teacher.
My passion is to explore a client’s healing journey by combining all I have studied. One client affectionately renamed SRT, “Sharon Response therapy.”

- Together we will work to build your connection to your higher self and divine team.
- In SRT we work with the subconscious mind to release programs (stories) and negative energies that are interrupting your life. Then replace them with a positive and loving view.
- Clients often start seeing movement in their lives where they once felt stuck.
- I work to clear attachments and discordant energies that are taking from your energy.
- SRT is like a spiritual onion... where we clear layers to bring you into alignment.
- I have been certified in distance reiki and often combine it with SRT. The energy modality I use, depends on what your High Self reveals, and what you prefer.
- During sessions, I often receive visions, which I will discuss with you. We will investigate their meanings and where the divine is leading us.
- Guidance cards are often pulled, and their meaning brought into focus.
- I refer to and work closely with a trauma therapist to supply optimal support.

Patient Advocate
As your advocate, I will assist you in taking charge of your medical narrative by:
- Working as a liaison between you and your various medical providers.
- Creating your Health Resume, detailing your illness(s), injury(s), symptom(s) and how they hinder your activities of daily living.
- Together we will make an account of your past and present medication(s), physician(s) and test(s). Organized for easy access in your personal binder.
- Prior to your physician appointments, we will review your current symptoms, concerns, and goals.
- By having me be part of your appointments, I will ease your anxiety by ensuring your concerns have been met.
- If desired, I can refer to a trauma therapist who handles chronic illness.
